Terrible staff. Food was over cooked and burnt. I called to get some help after I thought I was over charged for my order, for them to turn around and put the blame on me without asking what my concerns were. I will never be going back due to the fact that i quote from the manager, “the menu you have is old” when I responded that I had picked it up in store she explained that what I got is what I paid for and it’s my fault as when I order next time I should be more specific. All I wanted was clarification on what I ordered vs what I paid for, however they were not keen to listen nor willing to solve the problem. Wish I could give 0 stars.
This is our fourth time ordering from Theo’s and it is always amazing. Super fresh, crispy and hot, exactly how fish n chips should be. Our favourite fish n chip place by far. We always get the dinner pack and extra calamari rings.
The staff are super friendly and shop is clean.
Was my first time ordering here. We ordered the Barramundi, King George Whiting, chips and calamari. Portions were big and freshly made. Batter was crispy too. My fav was the King George Whiting and Calamari. it was very tasty. More so than the Barramundi ( but thats just a preference) Will definitely order from here again. Keep up the great work guys as it’s hard to find a good fish and chips shop these days.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE They got our order wrong and when we called to tell them they were so rude about it, absolutely no customer service skills. Plenty of other fish & chip shops around here, try Captain Cooks or Pier 31, they both have great food and excellent customer service

The grilled fish was so fresh and the potato cakes were crispy and delicious! The food was ready for pick up in the time stated. Will definitely order from here again.
Fish has given me food poisoning before, so only stop by for the potato cakes now. Open til 8pm.
Called at 7:35pm to order 4, told them I would be there at 7:55pm.
Arrive at 7:54pm to lights off and doors locked. Disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. The staff is very rude. Don’t know abt the customers but they r very rude to uber drivers. They think we r not humans. Idk how but now i know that these kind of people exists in this world. I had 2 orders and they refused to give me 2nd order. They started arguing so I cancelled both orders and most of the people say they don’t know how to talk. Food is worst too. U can try but on ur own risk.
